Child Protection Requirements

It is our policy that all applicants who work at Lavalla Catholic College are informed about the College’s child protection policies and practices before working here. All applicants must read and understand our Child Safety and Protection Policy and Child Safety Code of Conduct.  To read these documents, please refer to our Child Protection Policies under ‘Wellbeing’.

Long Service Leave replacements

Yr 10 Humanities, Yr 10 English, Unit 2 English, Learning Advisor

  • 1 x  1.0 FTE.
  • Commencing 10 September, finishing 2 November 2018 (6 weeks).
  • Application closes 4pm Tuesday, 15 August 2018.

Yr 9 English, Yr 10 Religious education

  • 1 x 0.35 FTE.
  • Commencing 10 September, finishing 19 October 2018 (4 weeks).

Lavalla Catholic College is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for the following positions:

Compliance Officer

  • Ongoing part-time (FTE 0.50).
  • Application closes 4pm Friday, 10 August 2018.
A position has become available at our College for a person with excellent communications skills, familiar with legal terminology and risk management experience. They should also have strong IT skills, be able to work independently and act with initiative. A high level of attention to detail is also required. Previous experience in the insurance industry may be helpful.
